Summary

Pinklily.com is one of the fastest growing online women's clothing retailers in the country!The company is experiencing record growth and is looking for a hardworking and knowledgeable Email Graphic Designer to join the team. The Email Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing and scheduling email marketing campaigns under the strategic direction of the Graphic Design Manager and the CRM Marketing Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Design and schedule email marketing campaigns for daily newsletter sends and automated behavior-based email series
• Create engaging and on brand graphics for email that are consistent with the organization's brand guide
• Schedule daily email campaigns and update triggered automated series through the Klaviyo email platform
• Set up A/B tests to maximize value related to subject lines, landing pages, and promotions
• Maintain and modify existing templates and create new ones as needed
• Collaborate with internal marketing and graphic design teams to ensure branding is consistent across all marketing channels

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field
• Proven graphic design and photo editing experience required (Adobe Creative Cloud)
• 2+ years of email marketing experience preferred (Klaviyo experience or certification preferred)
• Understanding of HTML and/or CSS
• Knowledge of Ecommerce and website operations preferred
• An ability to multi-task and work on several projects at once
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills

Pay: From $35,600.00 per year
