EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT PERSONNEL VACANCY SPEECH AND LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY ASSISTANT (SLPA)
SPECIAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT ABOUT THE POSITION School District 49 is actively seeking a Speech and Language Pathology Assistant for the 2025/2026 school year.
THIS POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR A ONE TIME SIGNING BONUS OF $2,500 PAYABLE ON DECEMBER 15, 2025 AND A RETENTION BONUS OF $2,500 AFTER THREE YEARS OF EMPLOYMENT PAYABLE ON JUNE 15, 2028 . Calendar: School Year - 172 days
Reports to: Special Education Zone Administrator / Assigned Speech and Language Pathologist
Hourly rate of pay: Starting pay is $29.35 per hour to $37.37 per hour depending upon previous relevant experience provided on the application.

Qualifications: Incumbent must hold a SLPA authorization from the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) -
